Risk assessment guideline

In order to ensure that a uniform procedure is followed by the government occupational safety and health authorities and the prevention services of the accident insurance institutions when advising and monitoring companies, the guideline "Risk Assessment and Documentation" was drawn up as part of the Joint German Occupational Safety and Health Strategy (GDA).

It describes a uniform procedure for the evaluation and assessment of a risk assessment in a company and is intended to promote a basic understanding of the risk assessment. This common basic understanding is the basis for practical instructions of the states and the accident insurance institutions with respect to the risk assessment.
