The basic notion of the database is a simple one. Practical aids for the risk assessment are entered on a decentralised basis, in other words directly by the supplier. The suppliers are responsible for the content of the practical aids and for ensuring that they are up to date. This guarantees that there is a flexible reaction to any changes.
